Five faculty attended 6 hour combined Project Wild Workshop. Teachers worked to recognize the importance of educating young persons in awareness, appreciation and wise use of Maryland's resources. |

One teacher attends MAEOE conference. This conference provides an opportunity for educators to learn, discuss, collaborate, and network with other educators. There are also opportunities to view exhibits and share resources for the classroom, school and community. |

Science teachers in grades 3-8 attend training on the use of Discovery Education Techbooks. This new resource for science allow teachers to connect to places and learning environments and experiences not reachable through a traditional textbook. These resources which include hands -on, virtual investigations, and STEM activities bring science to life both in-person and virtually.
